The University Health Service provides for the health needs of students, staff, dependants and retired staff with the aim of promoting and maintaining their physical and psychological well being through the provision of accessible and cost-effective primary health care and health education.

To help meet your personal and health needs, the University Health Service offers a range of services, including a student health plan that provides coverage for hospitalization and care on and off the HKU campus; dental insurance; disability insurance; and services for students with disabilities.

For your well-being we also offer special service & check-up packages including: Wellness Check-up, Well Woman check-up, Travel Health Service and a Weight Control Programme.​
